Policies

General Policy

All accommodations are individually owned. Dates of seasons, rates, payment & cancellation policies, as well as amenities & services may vary by property. Specific requests can be made but are not guaranteed. Deer Valley Resort reserves the right to change your accommodations, due to unforeseen circumstances, to a comparable property up to and including the day of arrival. Rates are based on availability at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. Guest is responsible for any increases in taxes. No pets or smoking allowed; fees will be imposed for violating these policies. Deer Valley is a ski only resort.

Written Cancellation Policy

Winter (Ski Season) Once paid, all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made greater than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's lodging. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures. Summer (Non-Ski Season) Once paid, all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made greater than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's lodging. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.

Written Deposit Policy

Winter (Ski Season) A one night deposit, including taxes and fees, is due 24 hours from booking. Full payment, including taxes and fees, is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 45 days from arrival, full payment is due 24 hours from time of booking. Summer (Non-Ski Season) A one night deposit, including taxes and fees, is due 24 hours from booking. Full payment, including taxes and fees, is due seven days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than seven days from arrival, full payment is due 24 hours from time of booking.

Check In

Check-in time is 4pm. A valid credit card is required from all guests at check-in to cover cost of lost keys, any damages to the private residence, theft or any incidental charges.

Check Out

Check-out time is 10am.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed inside any of the Deer Valley Resort managed residences. A $500 fine, plus cleaning expenses, will be incurred for any violation of this policy.
