Written Cancellation Policy
Winter Lift Tickets: Deer Valley is a ski only resort. Guests on alpine, telemark or mono ski equipment with feet placed side by side and facing forward are allowed. You may change the date(s) of your lift ticket(s) without a penalty. However, if the ticket price has increased since your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. Changes to Pre-purchased lift tickets must be made before 5 p.m. two days prior to your first ski day, otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee (per skier and product) will be charged. Lift tickets are non-transferable. After your first ski date, tickets will not be changed or refunded. To make any changes to your reservations, please call the Contact Center at 888-754-8477. Summer Lift Tickets: Pre-purchased lift tickets are refundable prior to your first day less a $25 cancellation fee (per person & per product). Summer Season Pass purchases are non-refundable.

Payment and Security: A paid reservation and valid credit card on the guest account are required to guarantee any product, and the full amount for products will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. To ensure the accuracy of your reservations and for privacy and security purposes, we prefer to speak directly with our guests. However, you may authorize another person to book and make changes to your reservations. Compliance with all policies will apply. Each family must have their account and must book children under their parent or guardian’s name to ensure accuracy, security, and privacy for our guests. Please refer to www.deervalley.com for a list of Ticket Office locations and hours of operation. • Please note: Cameras are in use for fraud detection. Pass sharing or misuse may result in suspension of the pass for the day or season. • Once issued to you, tickets will not be changed or replaced if lost. • To make any changes to your reservations, please call the Contact Center at 1-888-754-8477. • Pre-purchase/Online Ticket Orders: Please note: Lift Tickets will NOT be shipped. Please bring this email confirmation, a valid photo ID and the credit card used in the original purchase to any Deer Valley ticket sales location. Once issued to you, tickets will not be changed or replaced if lost. If combined with lodging, your tickets will be available at check-in. • New! Self-Service Ticket Pick-Up Does your ticket purchase confirmation have a bar code? Expedite your access to the mountain using our self-service ticket printing kiosks when you purchase your tickets online. Simply scan your bar code using your printed confirmations or mobile phone and head to the lifts. Currently, kiosks are located in the Snow Park base area.
