Written Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WINWOOD INN AND CONDOS A 50% lodging deposit and 100% deposit for all other package components (lift tickets, lessons, rentals, etc.) will be charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is made. The balance of your stay will be charged to the credit card on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Any reservations altered or cancelled 7 days or more prior to your arrival (14 days during Holiday periods) will receive a refund of the deposit less 20%. This fee will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be credited back to the credit card on file. Alternatively, the guest may elect to roll over the full deposit for a period of up to six months from the cancellation date without penalty for use with a future lodging or package reservation. If the credit balance remains unused through this six month period it shall be forfeited in full. Any reservations altered or cancelled within 7 days of your arrival (14 days during Holiday periods) will forfeit the deposit in full. In the event that a guest cancels on the arrival date; does not show for their room; arrives after the confirmed date; departs before the date of departure, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged. This Cancellation Policy is in effect regardless of weather conditions.

A 50% lodging deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. The balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date. For all other package components, a 100% deposit is taken at the time the reservation is made.

Check in is at after 4:00pm Early check in fees will apply. The fee will be determined by the time of check in.
