Written Cancellation Policy
*Lodging Only* 100% is refunded if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. *Vacation Package* Package modifications cannot not be made within 7 days prior to arrival and may incur a $25 change fee. - Cancellations outside of 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a $50 fee and balance of deposit will be refunded. - Cancellations inside of 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. - There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Written Deposit Policy
*Lodging Only* Full balance is due at the time of booking when booking a lodging only reservation. *Vacation Package* One night deposit plus taxes and fees is charged at the time of booking on a vacation package.
Check In
3:00 p.m. The property management company will contact you within 3 days of your reservation to coordinate the check in process at this time you will be asked to submit the signed occupancy agreement and provide a credit card for security deposit.

No pets are allowed.
Other Policy
There is a $750 security deposit that will be held until check-out by the property owner
Children
Our property contains a variety of potential hazards including it's close proximity to Sabin Lake. With that said, well-supervised children of all ages are welcome.
