Cancellation Fees and Refunds: Cancellations received more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to travel will be assessed two hundred dollars ($200.00) per person plus any fees assessed by the airline, lodging and/or other vendors. Airfare cancellation fees are governed by the rules applicable to the fare basis used and many fares are nonrefundable. Alpine Adventures will offer this $200 cancellation fee as a credit towards another trip booked within 12 months of cancellation. Generally, lodging providers do not provide refunds for late arrivals or early departures. If notice of cancellation is received 60 or fewer days prior to arrival, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, part or all of amounts paid may be forfeited. Consult your travel agent or Alpine Adventures for specific details regarding cancellation fees and refund request procedures at time of booking. To avoid unexpected surprises, we strongly recommend trip insurance. No refunds will be given for unused portions of your package. Written Deposit Policy
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS: An initial deposit of 50% of the total package is required at time of booking unless a higher deposit is set out. All group bookings must be paid by cash or check. Deposits for customized individual packages may be paid by Discover, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, cash or check. Some restrictions may apply. Alpine Adventures does not recommend the use of debit cards, which may result in refund delays of up to 30 days.
