Winding up Canterbury Drive, you'll find nicely appointed units in an auspicious woodsy setting. Each offers 2 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. All units are non-smoking. Bed types and sofabeds vary per unit. All units offer fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, dining area and living room with gas fireplace. 2 1/2 baths. Linens and towels are supplied, based on maximum occupancy of 6-8.

Policies

General Policy
- Gift cards cannot be used for overnight reservations. - You must be 21 years of age to rent. ID may be requested upon check in. - All guests of the resort must pre-register at the front desk of the Inn prior to using resort facilities. - Registered paying guests receive complimentary use of the pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, sauna and fitness center (some restrictions may apply). - Shuttle bus operates during winter holidays and most ski weekends. - Safety deposit boxes are available at registration desk. - The condos have a $24.99 Resort Fee that will cover the costs associated with maintaining and providing the highest level of amenities for our guests. These amenities may include but are not limited to parking, local phone calls, WI-FI, in-room bottled water, Bell Service, Pool-Fitness and Winter Shuttle Service. - If you damage something in the unit, please contact the Front Desk. Any damages found upon departure inspection will be charged. - Maximum occupancy is based on individual unit setup and is not to be exceeded. Exceeding occupancy levels may result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. - The maximum number of cars allowed per Northgate unit is 2. Parking passes will be given at the front desk upon check in. Any vehicle without a visible parking pass will be towed at the owners expense. Parking on the lawn is prohibited. Repair fee will be assessed. - Condo rentals require a security deposit upon check in. The Northgate security deposit is $300. - All condos are smoke free. Violators will be fined up to $500. - Condo rentals will have a cleaning fee applied (fees vary by unit size). - Pets are not permitted in the rental units. If you are found to have had a pet in the unit, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. - If you damage something in the unit, please contact the Front Desk. Any damages found upon departure inspection will be charged. - All Condo keys are to be returned to Front Desk before departure. Unreturned keys will incur a $20 per key fee to your account. - All linen and towel inventory is stocked based on your unit's maximum occupancy. You may want to bring personal items (i.e. toiletries, hair dryer, laundry detergent or specialty cooking appliances). - Please stay off of the professionally groomed golf course after hours. Violators will be fined accordingly. - Shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are not provided. - Reservations for the Bistro 210 are highly recommended. Please call (716) 355-4141 ext. 7146 to make your reservation.
Written Cancellation Policy
You may cancel 21 days prior to the arrival date to receive a refund less a $50 Cancellation Fee. Once you are within 21 days of the arrival date your payment is non-refundable. Failure to arrive on the above date will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment and any subsequent nights will be canceled by the hotel without notice.
Written Deposit Policy
- A deposit of 50% of total lodging including taxes and fees is due at the time of booking. You must call the Reservation Center at 866-377-5274 to pay your remaining balance at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Please Note: Once your payment is processed on your reservation the method of payment cannot be changed. - Reservations made within 21 days of the arrival date are required to pay the full reservation amount at the time of booking. - A valid credit card is due upon arrival and will be charged a security deposit of $300 - $750 (deposit varies by unit type) for all condos for damage or excessive cleaning. The fee will be refunded in 5 – 7 business after your departure.

Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted in the rental units. If you are found to have had a pet in the unit you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
Other Policy
- Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit, taxes and fees are prepaid - Room rates do not include 13% taxes and $24.99 resort fee - Peek'n Peak Resort is cashless. Peek’n Pay Card, credit/debit cards, and Apple & Google Pay are the only accepted forms of payment resort wide. Cash can be brought to the resort and loaded onto a reloadable Peek'n Pay card.
