Policies

General Policy
Thank you for choosing to stay at Lizard Creek Lodge and we hope you enjoy your stay with us. • One (1) underground parking stall is available per unit. Please park additional vehicles in the above ground parking lot • To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we maintain smoke/vape (tobacco & cannabis) and pet free common areas and rooms (including balconies). Violations will result in a min $250 charge • Check out time is 10am. Please either call the Front Desk and leave a voicemail when you are departing or send us an email with the same information at info@lizardcreek.com. Please leave the keys in the room. We cannot offer late check outs or luggage storage • Front Desk is staffed between 12pm – 10pm. Please call security for any emergencies outside of this time – 250 423 9086 • External doors lock between 10pm – 7am, remember your key card if you leave your building We hope that you enjoy your stay with us and please contact Front Desk if you require any other information or amenities.

Please note, full payment for your reservation will be taken on day of arrival using the credit card provided at time of booking.

A valid credit card is required at check in for incidental charges (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Minimum check-in age 19 and above. Ski lockers are available and are located in the main lodge. For guests of Lizard Creek Lodge with pre-booked lift tickets, your lift tickets will be delivered to the Lodge and available at check-in. (Note - for those guests booking lift tickets within one week of arrival, tickets should be picked up at the Ticket Office).
Children
Children 17 years old and under may stay in their parent's room at no extra charge. You must be 18 and older to check-in to the hotel.
