General Policy

Check-out time is at or before 11:00AM to allow us time to prepare the property for the next guest. There will not be any late check-outs available. Stratton is not responsible for lost/stolen property. I agree to pay all charges related to damages or loss to the common property & rental premises including furniture, fixtures or equipment occurring during tenancy. I further agree that such charges may be applied to the credit card provided at check-in without benefit of my signature. All of our properties are non-smoking and we request that smoking is limited to outside areas. Should deep cleaning be necessary due to smoking, an additional charge of $200 will be levied.

Written Cancellation Policy

ACTIVITIES: For activities purchased in conjunction with a lodging reservation the cancellation policy will mirror the lodging policy. Otherwise: Lift Ticket and Rentals • All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. Daily lessons and activities • Cancellations made before 72 hours of the start date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500. • Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the lesson or product start time will receive a resort credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson or product start time are non-refundable. • If the resort is open for skiing and riding there are no refunds or cancellations on purchased products due to weather. We ask that you please plan accordingly with the weather.

Written Deposit Policy

All Stratton Mountain activities require full payment at the time of booking.
