Written Cancellation Policy
Stratton Cancellation Policy: For activities purchased in conjunction with a lodging reservation the cancellation policy will mirror the lodging policy. Otherwise: Lift Ticket and Rentals • All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. Daily lessons and activities • Cancellations made before 72 hours of the start date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500. • Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the lesson or product start time will receive a resort credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson or product start time are non-refundable. • If the resort is open for skiing and riding there are no refunds or cancellations on purchased products due to weather. We ask that you please plan accordingly with the weather.
