Activity Products such as event tickets, ski school, adventure, rentals, bike park tickets, etc. can be canceled with a full refund 4 days or more to your arrival date, at 3 days or less of your arrival date these products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. Unless a specific product states a different policy *Gift card sales are final and non-refundable. *The Flex 3 Pass is non-refundable and non-transferrable. • Winter Online lift tickets and Ticket Deals are fully refundable and changeable up to 14 days from product date. Within 14 days of product date, tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Lift tickets are non-transferable and valid only on product dates purchased. Insurance may be purchased on this product. Purchased Insurance terms will then apply. **Policy subject to change**
