See Exceptions*** • Can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first planned day of use. Not refundable or modifiable past this period. ***EXCEPTIONS*** 1. IKON / TONIK / Alterra Employee friends and family, RBC Avion® Visa® and Alterra CA tickets are prepaid and non refundable or modifiable.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking and full payment will be taken to secure the reservation. - Products must be purchased at least 3 days or more prior arrival date for Hotel Delivery (participating hotels only).

**To pick up your tickets you must have the following items : • Ticket confirmation email • Voucher for ticket (included with confirmation email) • Valid photo ID • Original Credit Card used for purchase of tickets** HOW TO RETRIEVE MY LIFT TICKETS? (1) TICKET PRINTING KIOSKS: Within 24 hours prior to the date indicated on your tickets, you can print them at the exterior kiosks located near our ticket counters (Chalet des Voyageurs, Johannsen bottom south, Fourchette du Diable bottom north), using the QR code which will be sent to you in another e-mail. (2) MULTISERVICE CENTER: You can also retrieve your tickets at any of the ticket counters with your purchase confirmation e-mail. (3) LODGING: It is also possible to retrieve your tickets at your hotel or condo as long as all criteria is met: Tickets must have been purchased in one transaction along with lodging, on the Tremblant.ca website at least 72 hours prior to arrival. This includes Tremblant’s lodging partners: Les Suites Tremblant (Ermitage Du Lac, Lodge De La Montagne, Place St-Bernard (Johannsen and Deslauriers), Sommet des Neiges, Tour Des Voyageurs I et II), Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant, Le Westin Tremblant, Residence Inn by Marriott, Homewood Suites By Hilton, Fairmont Tremblant and Tremblant Elysium. *****EXCEPTIONS: - Tickets purchased with the Ikon Friends & Family Offer, Tonik Friends & Family Offer, Alterra Friends & Family Offer, Chase Sapphire and Daily access for Alpine Touring or Snowshoeing cannot be retrieved at your hotel. - Tickets purchased with RBC Avion® Visa® offer or for Alpine Touring or Snowshoeing can be picked up at one of our multiservice counters, ticket offices (photo ID required) - Group lift tickets cannot be retrieved at the ticket printing kiosks. - January Flash Lift ticket cannot be delivered at Hotels.
