Written Cancellation Policy
Summer 2020: For dates between June 1, 2020 and October 11, 2020, one night plus tax is taken at the time of booking. The remaining room rate plus tax is due at 14 days prior to the arrival date and is non-refundable after that date. Winter 20-21 Reservations One night plus tax is taken at the time of booking. The remaining room rate plus tax is due at 45 days prior to the arrival date and is non-refundable after that date.
Written Deposit Policy
One night + 12.65% tax is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining, non-refundable amount plus 12.65% tax due 45 days prior to the arrival of the reservation.

Pets Policy
Limited pet units are available. All pet inquiries need to go through the lodge Sales Manager. Pet cleaning fee of $20 per night - dog bed and bowls provided.

Tipping Policy - Our staff is committed to creating a carefree, home away from home atmosphere for our owners and guests. We believe that avoiding any potential anxiety created by the tipping process improves the experience. Consequently, staff (except spa therapists) will initially decline any gratuities offered to them.
