General Policy

Minimum night stay requirements may apply. Minimum Age Requirement Clients must be 19 years of age in order to reserve rooms at the Residences at Sun Peaks Extra Person Charge $20 plus tax per extra person per night. Hotel amenities and special benefits: • Health Club access including fitness centre, pool and hot tubs • Daily fitness classes • Ski Valet Service • Complimentary toboggan and snowshoe equipment. Written Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Cancellation policy; Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of one night, Room and Tax will be required to confirm the booking at The Residences. Any name changes will be considered a cancellation and the rooms will be released to our inventory. Nov 16, 2021 - Dec 23, 2021 21 days prior to arrival and confirmed back to hotel in writing or an administrative fee equivalent to the first night’s room charges will be charged to your company. Dec 24, 2021 - Jan 01, 2022 60 days prior to arrival and confirmed back to hotel in writing or am administrative fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged to your company. Jan 02, 2022 – Feb 26, 2022 30 days prior to arrival and confirmed back to hotel in writing or am administrative fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged to your company. Feb 27, 2022 - Apr 05, 2022 21 days prior to arrival and confirmed back to hotel in writing or an administrative fee equivalent to the first night’s room charges will be charged to your company. NO SHOWS For no shows, that is reservations who without prior cancellation fail to arrive at Sun Peaks Grand, your company must reimburse the hotel’s loss for 100% of contracted room revenue. **Private Travel Insurance is recommended**

Written Deposit Policy

ALL PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATIONS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS ARE TAKEN AND PROVIDED BY THE SUN PEAKS GRAND HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTRE. PAYMENT PROCEDURE A payment summary will be sent along with deposit dates upon receipt of reservation confirmation. A 100% deposit is required no later than 60 days prior to guest arrival. The preferred form of payment is through Electronic Transfer to our bank accounts A valid credit card is required to secure a room at the The Residence at Sun Peaks Grand. Payments can be accepted by: Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Discover and Cash. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of one night, Room and Tax will be required to confirm the booking at The Residences. Any name changes will be considered a cancellation and the rooms will be released to our inventory. *Maximum one credit card per reservation. * Please note that the Residences Sun Peaks does accept third party billing. A fax or an email address must be provided for a credit card authorization form. They must fill it out and fax it back as provided by the hotel.

Check In

. Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre, 3240 Village Way Upon arrival all guests will be asked to provide a credit card which will be pre-authorized for room, tax and any incidental charges. If a guest does not have a credit card, the guest will need to prepay for their reservation in cash plus a $100 per day damage deposit. Damage deposits are returned upon check-out. Cash guests cannot sign charges to their rooms Please call Sun Peaks Grand Hotel at 1-250-578-6000, if you have any questions regarding check in procedures. Check In Times is 4:00pm. Early check in may be requested however will not be confirmed.

Pets Policy

. Pet units are available upon request for an additional Pet charge of $35 per stay/room to cover cleaning costs (up to 2 pets per room). Every 5 nights thereafter (the 6th, 11th, 16th...) there is an additional $35, for a deep cleaning during the regular scheduled room refresh. The weight policy is up to 50 pounds however it's usually a case by case. You can leave the dog in the room during the day however the room will not be serviced. They ask that you let them know when you are taking the dog out so that the housekeepers can get into the room then.

Other Policy

. Taxes & Fee's 5% GST is applicable 8% PST is applicable 3% Municipal Tax is applicable Resort Fee - Nightly Charges Apply Effective November 15, 2018 - April 15, 2018 $15 plus tax per room per night, plus applicable tax will be added to your account upon checkout.
