**Please note that all bookings are not to be considered confirmed until a confirmation is received from Three Bears Chalet - If you experience a delay in receiving your email confirmation please contact Three Bears Chalet at 1-360-961-0050 or threebearschalet.com This will insure that you receive the required confirmation numbers and details** Damage Deposit Guest are reponsible for any damage that occurs. Rates Are Based On *9 people in the 3 Bedroom Chalet. *7 people in the 2 Bedroom Suite Minimum Night Stays Minimum night stay requirements may apply. Minimum Age Requirement Clients must be 25 years of age in order to reserve rooms at the Three Bears Chalet. Parking Parking provided Smoking Policy No smoking in unit
Written Cancellation Policy
All Payments are non refundable, exept if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate: refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Written Deposit Policy
ALL DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS CONFIRMATIONS FOR ACCOMODATIONS ARE TAKEN AND PROVIDED BY THREE BEAR CHALET 25% is due at time of booking. Balance is due 45 days prior. All deposits are non refundable. *Payment types accepted, Visa, Mastercard and American Express Due to Inntopia's PCI compliance regulations, Central Reservations is not able to collect the 3 digit CCV code on the back of guest's VISA / MasterCard and the 4 digit CCV code on the American Express. The security code is required and Three Bears Chalet will be in contact with you to receive this. * Please note that Three Bears Chalet does accept third party billing, on approved authorization.
