General Policy
. For an additional confirmation from the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel, please contact the hotel directly at reservations@sunpeaksgrand.com or 1-844-774-7263 Rates are based on double occupancy. Minimum night stay requirements may apply. Minimum Age Requirement - Clients must be 19 years of age in order to reserve rooms at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel. Extra Person Charge - $20 plus tax per extra person per night. * Children 18 years old and under stay free. Cots are permitted in some room types upon request - $30 plus tax per cot, per night fee applies Parking - Nightly Charges Apply $20 plus tax per night for self-parking $25 plus tax per night for valet parking Based on availability Smoking Policy 100% Non-Smoking Hotel $200 fee billed if this is not adhered to. Allergy Free - the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors are allergy free floor for guest comfort. Free Wireless Internet Access in rooms and in the lobby. Microwave are available for all guests to use in the public vending and ice machine rooms on each floor.
Written Cancellation Policy
. Deposit & Cancellation policy; Winter – January 6,2019 to April 14, 2019: The cancellation period for your reservation is 7 days prior to arrival. We will be processing a deposit equivalent to your first night room & tax today. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled with at least 7 days notice prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will result in a non-refundable deposit. Should your travel plans change, please cancel your reservation by (specify date 7 days prior to arrival relevant to booking). Summer - April 15, 2019 to November 27, 2019: The cancellation period for your reservation is 48 hours prior to arrival and we do not require a deposit at this time. However, at 48 hours prior to your arrival date, we will be charging a deposit equivalent to the value of your full stay. This deposit will be non-refundable. Should your travel plans change, please cancel your reservation by (specify date 48 hours prior to arrival relevant to booking). Winter – November 28,2019 to December 19, 2019: The cancellation period for your reservation is 7 days prior to arrival. We will be processing a deposit equivalent to your first night room & tax today. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled with at least 7 days notice prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will result in a non-refundable deposit. Should your travel plans change, please cancel your reservation by (specify date 7 days prior to arrival relevant to booking). Festive - December 20, 2019 to January 5, 2020: The cancellation period for your reservation is 30 days prior to arrival. We will be processing a deposit equivalent to your first night room & tax today. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days notice prior to arrival. Additionally, at 30 prior to your arrival date, we will be charging a further deposit equivalent to the balance of your full stay. At this time, the full stay deposit is non-refundable. Should your travel plans change, please modify or cancel your reservation by (specify date 30 days prior to arrival relevant to booking). Winter – January 6,2020 to April 14, 2020: The cancellation period for your reservation is 7 days prior to arrival. We will be processing a deposit equivalent to your first night room & tax today. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled with at least 7 days notice prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will result in a non-refundable deposit. Should your travel plans change, please cancel your reservation by (specify date 7 days prior to arrival relevant to booking). Summer - April 15, 2020 to November 25, 2020: The cancellation period for your reservation is 48 hours prior to arrival and we do not require a deposit at this time. However, at 48 hours prior to your arrival date, we will be charging a deposit equivalent to the value of your full stay. This deposit will be non-refundable. Should your travel plans change, please cancel your reservation by (specify date 48 hours prior to arrival relevant to booking). **Private Travel Insurance is recommended**
Written Deposit Policy
. ALL PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATIONS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS ARE TAKEN AND PROVIDED BY THE SUN PEAKS GRAND HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTRE. A valid credit card is required to secure a room at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel. Payments can be accepted by: Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Cash. *Maximum one credit card per reservation. * Please note that the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel does accept third party billing. A fax or an email address must be provided for a credit card authorization form. They must fill it out and fax it back as provided by the hotel.
Check In
. Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre, 3240 Village Way Upon arrival all guests will be asked to provide a credit card which will be pre-authorized for room, tax and any incidental charges even if it is the same card used to book the room. If a guest does not have a credit card, the guest will need to prepay for their reservation in cash plus a $100 per day damage deposit. Damage deposits are returned upon check-out. Cash guests can not sign charges to their rooms Please call Sun Peaks Grand Hotel at 1-250-578-6000, if you have any questions regarding check in procedures. Check In Times is 4:00pm. Early check in may be requested however will not be confirmed.

Pets Policy
. Pet units are only available in Deluxe Rooms, located on the 2nd Floor Pet charge of $35 per room applies for stay of 1 to 5 nights Every 5 nights thereafter (the 6th, 11th, 16th...) there is an additional $35, for a deep cleaning during the regular scheduled room refresh. A maximum of 2 pets per room allowed. Pet Rooms are based on availability and are not guaranteed No pets allowed in any other room type but Deluxe Rooms, No pets allowed on the 3rd to 5th floor. The policy is up to 50 pounds however it's usually a case by case. You can leave the dog in the room during the day however the room will not be serviced. They ask that you let them know when you are taking the dog out so that the housekeepers can schedule the service at that time.
