Its quiet slope side location is just steps away from all village activities, shops, restaurants, and is immediately adjacent to the Sun Peaks Sports Centre. Lodge facilities include Cahilty Creek Kitchen & Taphouse, underground parking, ski lockup and tuning rooms, exercise room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, bank machine, complimentary wireless internet and business centre, guest laundry, guest games/reading room. Hospitality by the award winning staff includes welcome receptions and complimentary mountain ski tours. The Lodge is the home of Olympic Ski Champion, Nancy Greene and her husband Al Raine.

General Policy
**Please note that all bookings are not to be considered confirmed until a confirmation is received from Cahilty Hotel & Suites - If you experience a delay in receiving your email confirmation please contact Cahilty Hotel & Suites at 1-250-578-7454 or 1-866-714-8404 or info@cahiltyhotel.com. This will insure that you receive the required confirmation numbers and details** Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional Person Charges $25 extra person charge applies to all bookings when the capacity is over two adults. Rental Age Restrictions *Guest(s) must be a minimum of 19 years old with a valid credit card in order to book accommodations with Cahilty Hotel & Suites - Nancy Greene Parking $12 plus tax per vehicle, per night based on availability, winter season only. No parking fee in summer Apr 15-Nov 15. Smoking Policy This is a non-smoking hotel.
Written Cancellation Policy
Winter (ski season) Cancellation: Full refund, less $25.00 outside of 30 days prior to arrival, within 29-8 days, one night and room tax. Inside 7 days, non- refundable. Summer (all other times) Cancellations: Outside 24 hours, no charges. Inside 24 hours, 1 night room and tax.
Written Deposit Policy
ALL DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATIONS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS ARE TAKEN AND PROVIDED BY CAHILTY HOTEL & SUITES - NANCY GREENE Winter (ski season) Payment: One Night and room tax at time of reservation. Full payment 30 days prior to arrival. Summer (all other times) Payment: Credit Card to guarantee *Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Due to Inntopia's PCI compliance regulations, Central Reservations is not able to collect the 3 digit CCV code on the back of guest's credit cards. With new credit card security policies the security code may be required to complete a reservation transaction and the Hotel Property may need to contact you directly to receive it. *Maximum one credit card per reservation
