General Policy
Comfort/Superior/Premium/Hotel room rates are based on double adult occupancy. 1 Bedroom/2 Bedroom suite rates are based on quad adult occupancy. Additional adults are charged at $30 plus applicable taxes per person, per night. Children 18 years and under stay free with adults using existing bedding in rooms. No cots/rollaways available nor permitted in rooms. Rental Age Restrictions *Guest(s) must be a minimum of 19 years old in order to book accommodations. Minimum night stay requirements may apply. Complimentary wireless internet is available for guest use.
Written Cancellation Policy
May - October (Summer) Cancellation: No charge for cancellation made outside of 24 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations made inside of 24 hours will be charged for first nights room and taxes. November – April (Winter) Cancellation: No charges for cancellations made outside of 30 days prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated. Cancellations made inside of 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposits paid. **Private Travel Insurance is recommended**
Written Deposit Policy
**Please note that all bookings are confirmed unless otherwise contacted via phone or email. ALL DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATIONS FOR ACCOMODATIONS ARE TAKEN AND PROVIDED BY COAST SUNDANCE LODGE. Visa, Master Card, or American Express authorization is required to confirm all reservations. May – October (Summer) deposit policy: No advanced deposit required, unless otherwise stated. Credit card required to guarantee. November – April (Winter) deposit policy for room only bookings - A deposit equal to the first nights room and taxes will be charged on the credit card 30 days prior to arrival, with the balance due at checkout unless otherwise stated. November – April (Winter) ski packages with tickets ordered by the hotel – full payment of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated.

Pets Policy
Subject to availability we have a limited number of pet friendly (dog, cat) rooms, please advise at time of booking. Nightly pet fee of $20 per night plus applicable taxes applies. *A maximum of 2 pets per room.
Other Policy
Taxes: Accommodation is subject to 5% GST , 8% PST and 3% Municipal Tax. Parking: Onsite parking is available on a ‘first come, first served' basis for a nightly fee of $12 plus applicable taxes. The height clearance for our underground is 6'5”, limited over height spaces are available onsite at the front of the hotel. Overflow parking in designated spaces only with valid parking pass from the Hotel. Ski Storage – A ski storage room is provided at the lobby level. Winter equipment is not permitted to be leant against walls anywhere within the Coast Sundance Lodge. Mountain Bike Storage – The s ki storage room is used for bike storage in the summer months. Clean, dry mountain bikes are allowed in the guest rooms with the understanding that all damages are the responsibility of the guest.
