**Please note that all bookings are not to be considered confirmed until a confirmation is received from Kodiak Timber Lodge- If you experience a delay in receiving your email confirmation please contact Kodiak Timber Lodge at 1-604-290-8784 or cbarde@telus.net This will insure that you receive the required confirmation numbers and details** Rental Age Restrictions *Guest(s) must be a minimum of 25 years old in order to book accommodations with the Kodiak Timber Lodge. Minimum Night Stays Minimum night stay requirements may apply. Parking Parking is provided Smoking Policy No smoking in this unit Rates are based on the following, 3 Bedroom, rate is based on 8, sleeps 10 5 Bedroom, rate is based on 13, sleeps 15 Addtional Person Charge is $20 per person per night
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy The deposit of 25% is non refundable. Inside 45 days of arrival, full payment is non refundable. **Private Travel Insurance is recommended**
Written Deposit Policy
ALL DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATIONS FOR ACCOMODATIONS ARE TAKEN AND PROVIDED BY KODIAK TIMBERLODGE. Payment Policy A deposit equal to 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking The remaining 75% is due 45 days prior to arrival Full payment is due if reservations are made inside 45 days of arrival.
