General Policy

**Please note that all bookings are not to be considered confirmed until a confirmation is received from Horie Sun Lodge - If you experience a delay in receiving your email confirmation please contact Horie Sun Lodge at 1-250-578-0250 or horiesunlodge@telus.net This will insure that you receive the required confirmation numbers and details** $20 charge for late check-in after 10pm. Please notify in advance if you expect to arrive late. $10 charge per room for every extra hour of stay, subject to availability. Rates Are Based On *1 Queen rooms are based on double occupancy. Rental Age Restrictions *Guest(s) must be a minimum of 21 years old in order to book accommodations. Minimum Night Stays Minimum night stay requirements may apply. Minimum Age Requirement Clients must be 21 years of age in order to reserve rooms at the Horie Sun Lodge. Parking Above ground, no charge Smoking Policy No smoking in the Sun lodge. Ashtrays are provided on the patio. Horie Sun Lodge Guidelines -Waxing skis & snowboard is only allowed in the ski storage room -Skis, snowboards and bikes are only permitted in the storage room, violations will result in a fine. -Showers are only permitted between 7 am and 11 pm -Extra towels are available upon request for $1 each -Return room keys to the front desk upon check out -Non-registered guests must report to the front desk for security reasons. -No candles, flashlights are provided -Tenant assumes all responsibilities and cost incurred by any damage to or on the property.

Written Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 14 days from the date of booking and if outside of 30 days of arrival a $25 plus GST administration fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs up to 14 days from the date of the booking but is inside of 30 days of arrival the full reservation is non refundable. Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night's rate will be forfeited. Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited. **Private Travel Insurance is recommended**

Written Deposit Policy

ALL DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATIONS FOR ACCOMODATIONS ARE TAKEN AND PROVIDED BY HORIE SUN LODGE *Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Due to Inntopia's PCI compliance regulations, Central Reservations is not able to collect the 3 digit CCV code on the back of guest's credit cards. With new credit card security policies the security code may be required to complete a reservation transaction and the owner may need to contact you directly to receive it. *Maximum one credit card per reservation. * Please note that the Horie Sun Lodge does not accept third party billing, under any circumstances. A Visa or MasterCard authorization is required to confirm all reservations. The deposit will be made by credit card telephone authorization from the client at the time of booking. A deposit equal to first night's rate plus tax is must be paid with in 14 days after the date of booking. Full reservation payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

* Children 7 years old and older there is a $30 extra person charge. *Now we can not accept any extra person ( bed is based on 2people )
