Policies

General Policy
You will check-in at Laurelwood Condominiums, located at 640 Carriage Way, Snowmass Village, CO 81615. For better reference, our check-in office is located right across from Parking Lot 12 in the Upper Village. If you arrive afterhours, there will be a key packet for you in a lockbox on the back door of the office. Check-in is at 4pm & check-out time is at 10am. For stays of 3 nights or more, complimentary transportation from Aspen Airport is available through High Mountain Taxi. When you land at ASE, hop on the first High Mountain Taxi you see (white van with blue lettering). Once you arrive at our check-in office, we'll provide the driver with a voucher and pay for that fare. We ask guests to set up transportation back to ASE with the front desk at least 24 hours before departure. Transportation is limited to one roundtrip transfer per reservation. Transportation is limited to one roundtrip transfer per reservation and the maximum number of occupants per shuttle is 6. *For 3-Bedroom reservations only, if there are more than 6 people we will provide an additional transfer voucher upon request.
Written Cancellation Policy
A 10% cancellation fee is required for all bookings. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
10% of the booking total is due at the time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
Check In
Check-in begins at 4:00PM daily. You will check-in at Laurelwood Condominiums, which is located at 640 Carriage Way, Snowmass Village, CO. 81615.
