Policies

General Policy
Thank you for making your reservation with Snowmass Vacations. Please read the rental policies listed below, carefully. If you should have any questions regarding your reservation, please contact our office at (800) 759-3686 or 970-923-4488. CHECK-IN – 4pm CHECK-OUT – 10:00 am. CHECK-IN PROCESS. We offer self check in for all of our properties. RATES. Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. Taxes and service fees are not included in nightly rate. Minimum night stays may be required. Although emergency problems or the sale of a property are rarely encountered, we do reserve the right to change accommodations up to and including the day of arrival. PAYMENT OF NIGHTS RESERVED. The guest is responsible for the payment of all nights reserved regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure. DAMAGES. Guest shall lease rental property in good working order. Guest is liable for any damages to the premises, including all household inventory and furnishings, which occur during the guest's stay. A credit card and signed check-in agreement will be required prior to arrival as a security deposit for the property. PARKING: Parking for Aspenwood - Willows and Terracehouse Condos is located in the numbered Village lots on Carriage Way. Note, that this is paid parking in the winter and needs to be purchased at a cost of 15$/day from the Snowmass Parking Office to avoid receiving tickets. Full details will be provided in your arrival instructions. There are spaces for unloading only on Gallun Lane, you must move your car after unloading. CONDOMINIUM/HOME DISCLOSURE. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Owner of the property and/or Agent shall not be liable for damages or injury to the guest, invitees of the guest, of guest's property for whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said property by the guest. ENTRY OF PREMISES. Authorized repairmen or employees may enter the premises as necessary, for the purpose of repair, improvement, housekeeping and management of the property. The condominium or home you have rented may be listed for sale. There is the possibility that you will be contacted to request a convenient time for a showing. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in any home or condominium. HOUSEKEEPING. Daily housekeeping is not included. Midweek cleaning can be added for an additional cost. All long distance calls will be billed to the guest at cost plus a 25% surcharge. Local and 800 calls are free of charge. <b>DISCLAIMER <b> Snowmass Vacations is an agent for privately owned homes and condominiums. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems are rarely encountered; we must reserve the right to change accommodations up to and including the day of arrival. In the unlikely event that we are not able to provide accommodations without an increase in rent, the guest will have the option of paying the increased rent, or the reservation will be cancelled and all deposits will be refunded to the guest with no further rights or obligations between Snowmass Vacations and guest. Each individual property reflects the tastes and lifestyle of the individual owner. Although each property will be completely equipped for rental purposes we cannot accept responsibility for aesthetic conflicts.
Written Cancellation Policy
**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events Summer Season May 1, 2024 - December 15, 2024 To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will be charge a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable Winter Season December 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024 December 16, 2024 - April 30, 2025 To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will be charge a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable
Written Deposit Policy
SUMMER: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. May 1, 2024 - December 15, 2024 WINTER: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for Winter Season. December 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024 December 16, 2024 - April 30, 2025
Check In
Please note that we offer self-check in. We must have the guests email address or the agent must obtain the arrival instructions 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests no longer stop by our office, we do not have a front desk. SELF CHECK IN, Instructions are sent 24 hours prior to check in.
Check Out
10:00 A.M.Firm We ask that guests put all dirty towels in the bathtub/shower. Load and run the dishwasher, if not dishwasher gather dirty dishes and put them in sink. Guests need to gather all trash and take it to the outdoor bear proof bin.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed in any home or condominium without prior approval and additional deposit, if allowed. $500 fine will be issued for breaking this policy.

**WOODBRIDGE COMPLEX CLOSURES: Please be advised that the pool, hot tub and laundry facility at the Woodbridge complex will unfortunately be closed until further notice
