The primary name on the reservation must be 25 years of age or older to stay with us. Additionally, we have a minimum stay requirement of three nights. Proof of age may be requested upon check-in. Written Cancellation Policy
Winter Arrivals: November-April A cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax will be assessed on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 31 days prior to arrival or after. Summer Arrivals: May-October A cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax will be assessed on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 15 days prior to arrival or after.
Written Deposit Policy
Winter Arrivals: November-April A deposit of 1 night room and tax is due at time of booking & remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Summer Arrivals: May-October A deposit of 1 night room and tax is due at time of booking & remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Our shuttle leaves the Villas at the Snowmass Club on the :30 past the hour. Please schedule your shuttle back to ASE at least 24 hours prior to your departure time.
