Winter Arrivals: November-April A cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax will be assessed on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 31 days prior to arrival or after. Summer Arrivals: May-October A cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax will be assessed on cancellations made more than 3 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 4 days prior to arrival or after.
