Winter Arrivals: November-April A cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax will be assessed on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 31 days prior to arrival or after. Summer Arrivals: May-October A cancellation fee of 1 night room and tax will be assessed on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservations value will be assessed on cancellations made fewer than 15 days prior to arrival or after.
Written Deposit Policy
Winter Arrivals: November-April A deposit of 1 night room and tax is due at time of booking & remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Summer Arrivals: May-October A deposit of 1 night room and tax is due at time of booking & remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. International Wholesaler: November-April A deposit of 1 night room and tax is due at time of booking & remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
