Every effort will be made to provide equal accommodations. Key To The Rockies is not held responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury, or loss to persons or properties, directly or indirectly due to weather, negligence or wrongful act by outside booking agent or independent recreational company beyond the direct control of Key To The Rockies.
Prior to arrival, each unit is cleaned and provided with fresh linens, towels and consumable goods such as soaps, paper products and firewood. Published rates do not include daily housekeeping service. Stays of five nights or more receive a complimentary towel change and trash removal midway through stay. Other housekeeping services are available for additional charge.
Written Cancellation Policy
If you change or cancel this reservation within 30 days of arrival, your vacation package is nonrefundable. For Holiday bookings, made outside of 45 days and should you cancel within 45 days your vacation package is nonrefundable.
Written Deposit Policy
Full amount is due at the time of booking.
Check In
Check in is at 4P. You are welcome to call our office on the date of your arrival to inquire if the property is ready to be checked in.
Directions to Key to the Rockies check in office:
From I-70, take exit 205 (Silverthorne/Dillon/Keystone) and proceed approximately 7.5 miles east on Highway 6 toward Keystone. Pass the Keystone Condominium Check-In and the Keystone Lodge. You will go through the emergency signal connected with the fire station on your left. After the emergency signal, look for Rasor Drive on your right; the road is well marked by a fluorescent yellow pedestrian crossing sign. Turn right onto Rasor drive and immediately veer left and then take an immediate right into the Key to the Rockies reception office parking lot which is located in the three story, brown building. Parking is available on the east side of the building in the upper parking lot.
Check Out
Check out is 10A. We ask that you return the keys to the office. If the keys are not returned we will charge your credit card $10 per key at check out.
