General Policy
Airport Shuttles are by reservation and must be scheduled 48 hours prior to arrival date. Kindly email concierge@mountainchalet.com or call 970.923.3900 to schedule airport transportation. Provided to and from the Aspen Airport.
Written Cancellation Policy
SUMMER POLICIES 10% deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 2 days prior to arrival. All payments are nonrefundable. WINTER POLICIES 20% deposit is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. All payments are nonrefundable.

Check In
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. If you arrive early and room is ready, we will be happy to allow you to check in early. Complimentary airport transportation to/from the Aspen Airport is offered during the hours of 7am and 7pm. We kindly ask that you call (970.923.3900) 48 hours in advance to schedule transportation from the Aspen airport.

Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Please check with the front desk if you need a later check out time.
Pets Policy
Dogs are allowed at the Mountain Chalet Snowmass's for an additional $25 per night per dog. Must add dog to original reservation.
Other Policy
Travel Ban or Closure Policy: Mountain Chalet Snowmass's responsibility to our guests is to provide luxury residences and elevated hospitality services in iconic destinations. Mountain Chalet Snowmass is not responsible for a guest’s inability or decision not to travel due to travel bans outside of our Mountain Chalet Snowmass' vacation destinations, quarantines, sickness, or the closure of ski resorts. It is the responsibility of the guest to monitor their ability to travel, and to manage their reservation accordingly. Mountain Chalet Snowmass will adhere to our deposit and cancellation policies.
