Written Cancellation Policy
Summer Regular & Summer Festivals/Holidays Deposits are non-refundable. The full paid balance on cancellations received within (14) fourteen or (30) thirty days of arrival are non-refundable. NEW - Winter Policy Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made (22) twenty-two or more days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations within (21) twenty-one days of the arrival date are non-refundable. Paid balance may be used as a credit for a future stay within (1) one year of original arrival date.

Summer Regular All reservations require a one (1) night room and tax deposit upon booking. The full balance is due (14) fourteen days prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. Summer Festivals & Holidays All reservations require a one (1) night room and tax deposit upon booking. The full balance is due (30) thirty days prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. Winter Season All rooms and suites require a one (1) night room and tax deposit upon booking. Residences require a 50% deposit. The full balance is due (30) thirty days prior to arrival.
