Written Cancellation Policy
Summer: A credit card is taken upon booking. Full balance will be charged to the card 15 days prior to arrival. Winter: A 15% deposit will be taken at time of booking. Full balance will be charged to the card 45 days prior to arrival. ***Once charged, the deposit and the balance are fully non-refundable unless CANCELLATION REASON is covered by the optional travel protection***
Written Deposit Policy
For winter bookings 15% of the total reservation cost is due at the time of booking to guarantee the lodging reservation. Once charged, the 15% is non-refundable, unless cancellation reason is covered by the optional travel protection. For summer bookings a credit card is needed to guarantee the lodging reservation but no deposit will be taken.
Check In
Check In is guaranteed at 4 pm. Early check in is available on a request basis only.
Check Out
Check Out is at 10am. Late check out is available on a request basis only.
Pets Policy
No Pets are allowed at this property.
