The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, with a private one-car garage, located on a peaceful 36 acres overlooking the ski resort. This property is located 1.3 miles from the slopes. Winter shuttle service to the ski area and downtown is available during ski season. TENNIS COURTS CLOSED DURING SUMMER 2024: The Ranch at Steamboat tennis courts are closed for the summer of 2024. Two pickleball courts are open and available for owner and guest use. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, four outdoor tennis courts and free Wireless Internet Access. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen. This property does not allow participants in sports teams. This property is managed by Mountain Resorts. Units offered by other management companies may require offsite check-in and exclude services or amenities, such as shuttle transportation or recreational facilities.
