Written Cancellation Policy
Hotel products:
The initial deposit of 25% of the total rent and taxes will be due at the time of booking a reservation. The full balance is due seven (7) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within seven (7) days of arrival will be due in full on booking.
Any cancellations received more than seven (7) days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations received seven (7) days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the entire balance paid. Shortening of the stay length within seven (7) days of arrival will forfeit the deposit paid for the unused nights. No refunds are given for early departure.
Stays at luxury properties, including River Club and Aspen Ridge -
The initial deposit of 25% of the total rent and taxes will be due at the time of booking a reservation. The full balance is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within sixty (60) days of arrival will be due in full on booking.
Any cancellations received more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the entire balance paid. Shortening of the stay length within sixty (60) days of arrival will forfeit the deposit paid for the unused nights. No refunds are given for early departure.
Stays at non-luxury condos and homes -
The initial deposit of 25% of the total rent and taxes will be due at the time of booking a reservation. The full balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Reservations made within thirty (30) days of arrival will be due in full on booking.
Any cancellations received more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the entire balance paid. Shortening of the stay length within thirty (30) days of arrival will forfeit the deposit paid for the unused nights. No refunds are given for early departure.
Written Deposit Policy
25% of the total rent + taxes and fees is charged at booking. The final and remaining balance is charged 7, 30 or 60 days prior to arrival, based on our properties and our cancellation policy.

Check Out
Check-out time is 10AM. Any late check-outs are subject to a charge equal to 1/2 of the nightly rate for that unit.
Pets Policy
Pets are only allowed in designated Alpine Lodging Telluride properties. A pet fee will apply at check-in for stays at pet-friendly properties.
Any extra cleaning required for a pet visit is subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
