Policies

General Policy
Ski Village Resorts accomodations are smoke free and pet free. A deposit of one night stay is due within 10 days of confirmation of reservation. Reservations made inside 30 days of arrival require full payment. Specific units are not guaranteeed.
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations made inside 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking. Any cancellations inside thirty (30) days of arrival, no shows, late arrivals and early departures are subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside of thirty (30) days before arrival is subject to one (1) nights lodging processing fee per reservation.
Written Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to one (1) nignts stay is due within 10 days of confirmation of reservations. The remainder of the balance is then due thirty (30) days before arrival.

Check-Out is at 10:00am - please check out at our office at 109 North Main.
