~ Exciting upgrades happening summer 2023 at Beaver Run. There are several exterior projects on site to be completed by Fall. We are working to make sure impact to our guests is minimal. ~ Next to the Beaver Run Super Chair in Breckenridge, Colorado. Slope side access to Beaver Run Super Chair and the Quicksilver Six. Beaver Run Buildings 1,2,3 offers hotel rooms, one and two bedroom suites. Building 4 offers 4 types of studios, one and two bedroom suites and three bedroom suites Located at the base of Peak 9, the complex is 3 blocks to Main St., 10 to 150 yards to a ski lift, and is on the free ski and town shuttle. Guests also have access to Beaver Run's complimentary shuttle that will take them anywhere in Breckenridge. Amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pools, exercise room, massage therapist, central laundry facilities, mini-golf course, and arcade room. There are also meeting rooms, conference facilities, and elevators. There is a full service spa, small grocery and deli, a gift shop, a full service restaurant, and a cafeteria. Underground parking on site at a fee, first come first serve, additional parking in outdoor lot on site.

Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies : Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less processing fee equal to 49$. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival forfeit the total amount of the reservation. Reduction in length of stay or room type within the 30-day penalty period, no shows, late arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations, and are therefore non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
During ski season a 25% deposit will be charged. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Beaver Run Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment is not received.
Check In
Check in begins at 4 PM. The Front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
Check Out
Check out time is 11 AM. Extensions depend on availability and may require a fee.
Pets Policy
Dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee of $40 + tax per night per room for the 1st Dog and $20 + tax per night per room for the 2nd dog (limit of 2 dogs per room) with advance reservations. Certain breeds are not allowed, and availability is limited, please call for details. Assistance pets for the physically challenged are allowed at no charge.
Other Policy
PARKING FEE $38/nt during ski season and $12/nt during non-ski season. Limit 1 car/bedroom.
