Policies

General Policy
No Pets No Smoking Must be 21 or older to check in Must have credit card at check in, which will be authorized for $500.00 upon arrival for any damage and/or incedentials!
Written Cancellation Policy
2 night deposit due at time of booking & is non-refundable once booking is made. 30 days before arrival full balance due 30 days before arrival balance is non-refundable
Written Deposit Policy
2 nights at time of booking which is a non-refundable deposit. 30 days prior to your arrival remaining balance is due. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BOOK
Check In
Check in begins at 4pm. If the unit is available and ready, we will be happy to check you in early. For arrivals after business office hours, you will find your packet in the foyer of our office in the arrivals box at the Colorado Rocky Mountain Resorts office that is located at 912 N. Summit Blvd., Frisco. Please call (970) 668-5151 for after hour emergencies. During periods of high guest volume, there may be a delay in the readiness of some units. A $500.00 authorization will be taken upon arrival
Check Out
Checkout time is 10am. All keys must be returned to our office for checkout to avoid a $25 pickup fee.
