Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation reason is covered by Travel Protection and Travel Protection is on your reservation. The entire cost of the reservation is non-refundable once final payment has been charged unless the cancellation reason is covered by Travel Protection and Travel Protection is on the reservation.
Written Deposit Policy
**Summer Reservations**: Full payment is due 15 days prior to your arrival at all CBMR properties. All reservations become completely non-refundable once full payment is charged. If your cancellation reason is covered by Travel Protection and you have chosen Travel Protection on your reservation you may submit a claim to the Travel Protection Department. **Winter Reservations**: Arrivals between 11/20/18-12/19/18, 1/4/19-2/14/19, 2/18/19-3/8/19, and 3/15/19-4/7/19 will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Arrivals between 12/20/18-1/3/19, 2/15/19-2/17/19, and 3/9/19 - 3/14/19 will be charged a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Check In
Please check-in at 701 Gothic Road in Three Seasons. Rooms are ready after 4:00 pm, but an early check-in maybe requested.

Check out is at 10:00 am.

Summer: A credit card is taken upon booking. Full balance will be charged to the card 15 days prior to arrival. Winter: A 15% deposit will be taken at time of booking. Full balance will be charged to the card 45 days prior to arrival. ***Once charged, the deposit and the balance is fully non-refundable unless CANCELLATION REASON is covered by the optional travel protection***
