The Tyrolean is a classic Aspen lodge, family owned and full of ski history. Rooms are clean, surprisingly spacious and non-smoking. They also have new fully equipped kitchenettes, free Wi-Fi, two queen beds and one twin bed in each room. The lodge is centrally located on Aspen's Main Street, with easy walking distance to downtown, Aspen Mountain, music venues, skiing, hiking, cycling and valley bus routes. General Policy
Aspen is in the heart of the mountains, and as such, we experience unpredictable weather and environmental changes. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes in plans, weather or unforeseen personal circumstances. Please be aware we uphold a strict cancellation policy because we are a very small lodge and cancellations affect us significantly. *** We strongly suggest you add trip insurance to your travel plans *** HOTEL POLICIES: Rates are for 1 or 2 people plus $15 per night for each additional person over 16 years of age. Maximum 5 people per room. Minimum check-in age is 21 years old. Room tax of 11.3 % is not included in the published rate. The office is always open for late check-ins. Please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation if you are planning to arrive after 8pm. The lodge reserves the right to change floors of confirmed 1 or 2 night reservations, with the guest responsible for the rate change. Online reservations will be charged two nights + taxes for winter or one night + taxes for summer deposit, to confirm a reservation. Winter season, special events or holidays may have a 3 to 5 night minimum length of stay. Maximum 5 rooms for any single group reservation. Large groups need to call the lodge directly. Stays of 7 nights or longer may be eligible for a 5% discount. In an effort to keep our lodge clean and comfortable for everyone, all rooms are non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged when smoking of any kind occurs in rooms. Sorry, NO PETS are allowed on the property or in parked vehicles in our lot. Cancellations must be made through the booking channel where the reservation was made. A no-show will be charged the total amount of the reservation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans, weather or unforeseen personal circumstances. GRACE PERIOD: Cancellations made within 24 hours from time of booking may be cancelled without penalty with 7 days or more before arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY WINDOW: Winter: Nov. 27, 2024 – Dec. 21, 2024, Jan. 6, 2025 – Jan. 21, 2025, Jan. 27, 2025 - Apr. 6, 2025, Nov. 27, 2025 – Dec. 21, 2025, Jan. 5, 2026 - Jan. 21, 2026, Jan. 26, 2026 - Apr. 5, 2026; Reservation cancelled on or more than 14 days prior to arrival is refundable less a cancel fee equal to cost of 2 night stay. Reservation cancelled inside of 14 days of arrival is non-refundable. Summer: Apr. 6, 2025 – Jul. 3, 2025, Jul. 7, 2025 – Aug. 28, 2025, Sept. 2, 2025 - Nov. 26, 2025. Reservation cancelled on or more than 5 days prior to arrival is refundable less a cancel fee equal to cost of 1 night stay . Reservation cancelled inside of 5 days of arrival is non-refundable. INSIDE PENALTY WINDOW: Non refundable. Written Deposit Policy
RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICY, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS We do not hold credit card payments. Fully processed payments are required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. Reservation payments are processed at the time of booking as either a deposit or a full payment, whichever is less. Deposits are collected for reservations outside of 30 days of arrival. Full pre-payment is collected for all* reservations within 30 days of arrival. Large groups of 4 or more rooms need to call before booking. Tyrolean Lodge reserves the right to change floors of confirmed 1 or 2 night reservations, with the guests responsible for the rate of the floor to which they have been moved. Summer (Apr 6, 2025 -Nov 26, 2025) Deposits: At the time of booking, 1 night + taxes is required. Full payment collected 30 days prior to arrival. Winter (Nov 27, 2024 -Apr 6, 2025) Deposits: At the time of booking, 2 night + taxes is required. Full payment collected 30 days prior to arrival. * Holiday/Event: (Dec. 22, 2024 - Jan. 5, 2025), ( Jan. 23, 2025 - Jan. 26, 2025), (Jul. 4, 2025 - Jul. 6, 2025), (Aug. 29, 2025 - Sep. 1, 2025) * Holiday/Event Deposits: At the time of booking, 100% of stay is required and is non-refundable.

Pets Policy
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Under ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform a task for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the animal must be directly related to the person's disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.
