These exceptional condominiums offer individual layouts, style and décor. ***Please Note*** AIR CONDITIONER ISSUES: We have been advised by The Sheraton that the building is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the air handling system. The Sheraton facilities staff are working diligently to address the situation. The impact on the effectiveness of the air conditioning varies from condominium to condominium, the time of day, and the current weather conditions. We are unable to describe the specific effect that this intermittent issue will have on your stay with us. Please call for current status. But EXCLUDES the services provided by the hotel such as the front desk, room service, concierge, and valet. The Steamboat Gondola Residences Owners Association has adopted a policy of not allowing sport teams and/or players to stay at their property.
