This property offers an on-site ski shop, fitness room, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and complimentary covered parking. Each condo features fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer in the unit, gas or wood fireplace and complimentary Wi-Fi. Units range from 1 bedroom loft style to 4 bedroom condominiums and townhomes. Our first class hospitality includes fully staffed front desk service, concierge service, bell services, complimentary Aspen Airport and Snowmass Village shuttle transportation, daily newspaper delivery and conference services. The 1,200 square foot Pyramid Room at Woodrun Place offers a fully functional catering kitchen and setting for group or social events.
WINTER (November 23, 2017 – April 15, 2018):
If reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival, guest will forfeit 10% of lodging. If reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival guest will forfeit all monies. Deposit and Cancellation Policies may vary for special events. Please speak to a reservations agent for details.
SUMMER (April 17, 2017 – November 22, 2017):
If reservation is cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival guest will forfeit 10% of lodging. If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival guest will forfeit all monies.
