Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
50% of rent is collected at booking, including the Reservation Fee. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for condos, 60 days for private homes, plus taxes. Cancellations made 30 days or more for condos or 60 days or more for private homes prior to guest arrival forfeit 10% of rent plus reservation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for condos and 60 days of arrival for private homes are non-refundable. There are no refunds for early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows. The policy is based on 60 days on all unit types for Holiday and Sundance stay dates.
