Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Winter- (Nov -Apr) 72 Hours prior cancellation policy. If guest cancels reservation 72 hours or more prior to arrival deposit will be refunded less one nights lodging. If cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date guest will forfeit 100% of the total lodging. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure dates. SUMMER: (May- Oct) Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to arrival, no penalty. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival forfeit one nights lodging & taxes.
Written Deposit Policy
Element Basalt – Aspen Deposit Policy Winter- (Nov. - Apr) One nights lodging deposit (room + tax) taken upon booking and the remaining balance is taken 7 days prior to arrival. If booking is under 7 days, full payment will be required upon booking. SUMMER (May - Oct) Deposit of one nights lodging due at the time of booking. Payment in full due 48 hours prior to arrival. If booking is under 48 hours prior to the arrival, full payment will be required upon booking.
