Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and modifications can be made, as availability allows, without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity date and time will incur a cancellation fee of $25 or 50% of the itinerary total, whichever is lower. No refunds will be given for no show tickets or cancellations/modifications after the designated start time.
Written Deposit Policy
For all amenity purchases we require payment in full at the time of reservation.
Other Policy
Advance tickets may only be redeemed by the guest listed on the confirmation. A photo ID will be required. Massanutten Resort Gold Card holders, Military members, and Seniors will be required to show their current valid ID(s) upon redemption of their Slope-Use tickets. All guests and tax dependent children (6 years old and up) must have their ID to receive discount (Gold Card, Military, Senior). If an Owner(s), Military member, or Senior does not have their ID(s) an upgrade fee will be required at the time of redemption. The upgrade fee will be the difference of the Slope-Use ticket type to the corresponding General Public Slope-Use Ticket fee.
