Located in the heart of Lincoln Peak Village, Clay Brook's hotel rooms to five-bedroom suites are furnished in rich detail and are completely appointed with hardwood furniture, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Amenities include air-conditioning,concierge services, underground valet parking, a private fitness room, outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and dining slope side in Rumble's Bistro and Bar - Spring & Fall limited hours of operation. Please check website for updates. In the summer, walk out your door to the lift-serviced mountain bike trails, disc golf and zip line. In the winter, enjoy full ski valet and boot warming services and in-room massages on request. Dog friendly residences available upon request. General Policy
Clay Brook is a non-smoking property. Penalties will be incurred for smoking in any room. -Rumble’s Kitchen's schedule changes depending on the season. Rumbles offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. See the Rumble’s Kitchen webpage to confirm their hours.
Written Cancellation Policy
Summer Policy 4/21/23 - 11/16/23 - Cancellations that occur within 7 days of arrival incur a full prepayment penalty of all monies on file. - Reservations booked 0 to 7 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable Winter Non-Peak 11/19/22 - 4/20/23, 11/17/23 - 4/20/24 - Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. - Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the cost of the reservation. Winter Peak 12/26/23 - 1/1/24, 1/12-14/24, 2/16-24/24 - Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. - Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the cost of the reservation. - Reservations booked 0 to 45 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable - No-shows and early departures forfeit 100%. An early departure is considered a cancellation. *Exceptions to the normal policies may apply to special promotional packages
Written Deposit Policy

Check In
Check-in is guaranteed at 4:00 PM. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the remaining balance of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount incurred during your stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the resort will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Limited number of dog friendly units. One dog permitted per unit, regardless of size. Please call 1-802-552-4007 for availability.
Other Policy
The bedding configuration in Clay Brook units varies. Any bedding requests are taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed. ADA accessible rooms available. Please call 1-802-583-6160 for availability. There is an ADA accessible lift at the outdoor pool. We do not offer in-room cleaning services and housekeeping will not enter units while they have an active reservation.
Children
Children under 17 stay for free when in the same room/unit as parents.
