Policies

General Policy

Rental guests not permitted to have pets; all condominiums are non-smoking. Smoking will result in a significant penalty. All condominiums are not air-conditioned.

Written Cancellation Policy

Summer Policy 05/05/2024 - 11/15/2024 - Cancellations that occur within 7 days of arrival incur a full prepayment penalty of all monies on file. - Reservations booked 0 to 7 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable Summer, 2025 Policy: 7/1/2025 - 11/20/2025 - Cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival incur a full prepayment penalty of all monies on file. - Reservations booked 0 to 14 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable Winter Non-Peak 11/16/24- 12/25/24, 1/1/25 - 1/16/25, 2/20/25 - 2/13/25, 2/22/25 - 5/10/25; 11/17/23 - 4/20/24 - Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. - Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the cost of the reservation. Winter Peak 12/26/24 - 1/1/25, 1/17 -20/25, 2/14-21/25 - Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. - Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the cost of the reservation. - Reservations booked 0 to 45 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable Group Cancellation Policy- 5/1/2025 - 11/20/2025 - Cancellations that occur within 21 days of arrival incur a full prepayment penalty of all monies on file. - Reservations booked 0 to 21 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable - No-shows and early departures forfeit 100%. An early departure is considered a cancellation. *Exceptions to the normal policies may apply to special promotional packages

Written Deposit Policy

Summer 05/05/2024- 11/21/2024 - One-night lodging due at time of booking. Balance due 7 days prior to arrival Winter Non-Peak 11/22/24 - 12/25/24, 1/1/25 - 1/16/25, 1/20/25 - 2/13/25, 2/21/25 - 4/13/25 - 1st night of lodging due at the time of reservation. Balance Due 21 days prior to arrival. - Reservations booked 0 to 21 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable Winter Peak 12/26/24 - 1/1/25, 1/17/25 - 1/20/25, 2/14/25 - 2/21/25 - 1st night of lodging due at the time of reservation. Balance Due 45 days prior to arrival. - Reservations booked 0 to 45 days prior to arrival will be due in full at time of booking and will be non-refundable Summer, 2025: 05/01/2025- 11/20/2025 - One-night lodging due at time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival Group Reservations, 2025: Summer 05/05/2024- 11/21/2024 - One-night lodging due at time of booking. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival

Check In

- Check-in for Clay Brook Reservations is at Clay Brook. For all other properties, check in is located at The Lodge at Lincoln Peak. - Check-in is guaranteed at 6:00 PM for our resort condominiums. All other properties guarantee a 4PM check in. Early check-in may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. - Security deposit is due upon check-in with valid credit card. A security deposit totaling up to $500 per stay will be authorized. Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for any balance due, plus an amount to cover incidentals and/or security deposit. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. For this reason, we discourage the use of debit cards.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed in any Sugarbush Resort managed condominiums.

Other Policy

**Cell phone service is sporadic in the Mad River Valley. Please be advised that you may not get cell service while in the area. **ALL CONDOMINIUMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Smoking in a condominium will result in significant penalties. All reservations include complimentary daily access to the Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center. **Resort Condominiums are not ADA accessible. **Resort Condominiums are not air-conditioned. **We do not offer in-room cleaning services and housekeeping will not enter units while they have an active reservation.

Children

Children stay for free.
