Written Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify an agent at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies immediately. CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 30 days or more prior to departure: $15 + GST per adult on file, and insurance premium. Within 30 days of departure: Full amount paid is non refundable and non transferable. RCR is a booking agent only and therefore is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property while using any of these products and services. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.

Written Deposit Policy

For reservations made more than 45 days prior to departure, a deposit of 30% of land arrangements and applicable travel insurance premium is required at time of booking. Balance owing is due 45 days prior to departure. For reservations made 45 days or less prior to travel date, full payment including travel insurance premium is due at time of booking. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Your use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel, nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. Check In

High Country Vacation Rentals' properties in Kimberley are self check in. Guests must ensure to complete in full (including credit card information; Visa or MasterCard only) their arrival registration form and return it to HCVR prior to their arrival date. This form can be sent in via fax (250-342-0294) or email (info@highcountryproperties.com). On their arrival date, guests are required to contact High Country Vacation Rentals during office hours (phone number: 1-800-665-1801 ext. 1). Guests will be given the entry information required over the telephone. Guaranteed Check-in time is 4 pm on the date of arrival. Entry information will only be given out once the property is ready for the guest's arrival. Emergencies after hours can be directed to 250-342-1407. If the matter is not urgent, please wait to call our office the next morning (1-800-665-1801).

Check Out

Check-out time is 11 am. Guests are required to place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Guests are also required to clean up the BBQ if used and take out all garbage and recycling. Please lock the door behind you as you leave your vacation rental. Late check-out requests can occasionally be accommodated but must be approved and arranged through our front desk prior to departure day.

Pets Policy
