CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: At Calgary Airport - please collect your baggage first and proceed to the International Meeting Point, adjacent from door #4 where our driver will meet you. In Fernie - please select your pickup location on your booking form and we will pick you up from there. Please be ready 10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. This is especially important on snowy mornings where travel may be delayed. The CALGARY AIRPORT to FERNIE SHUTTLE: Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays 6.45pm depart airport 10.30pm arrive in Fernie Wednesdays, and Sundays 5.30pm- Depart Airport 9.15pm -Arrive in Fernie ***All customers arriving at Calgary Airport will meet bus driver at the International Meeting Point Adjacent from door #4 *** Delay Policy for Calgary Airport Shuttle Departures: the shuttle will wait a maximum of 1 hour for landed aircraft passengers. Drop-offs in Fernie at the following locations: Fernie Alpine Resort at the following lodges - Lizard Creek Lodge, Slopeside Lodge, Snow Creek Lodge, Griz Inn & Timberline Lodge. In town at Stanford Hotel, Park place, Red Tree Lodge, Best Western, Super 8, Snow Valley Motel, Raging Elk Hostel, Travelodge Three Sisters, 901 Fernie. The FERNIE to CALGARY AIRPORT SHUTTLE will depart: 11.15am - Fernie Alpine Resort at Lizard Creek Lodge, Slopeside Lodge, Snow Creek Lodge, Griz Inn & Timberline Lodge 11.30am - Fernie Stanford Hotel, Super 8 11.45am -  Park Place Lodge, Red Tree Lodge, Best Western, Snow Valley Motel, Raging Elk Hostel, Travelodge Three Sisters, 901 Fernie. 3.30pm – Arriving at Calgary YYC Airport *** 2 bags maximum person + 1 hand Carry-on ***

Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify an agent at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies immediately. CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 30 days or more prior to departure: $15 + GST per adult on file and insurance premium (if applicable). Within 30 days of departure: Full amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. Booking fee ($6 +GST) is non-refundable. RCR is a booking agent only and therefore is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property while using any of these products and services. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, and/or government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Written Deposit Policy
For reservations made more than 45 days prior to departure, a deposit of 30% of land arrangements, and applicable travel insurance premium is required at time of booking. Balance owing is due 45 days prior to departure. For reservations made 45 days or less prior to travel date, full payment including travel insurance premium is due at time of booking. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Your use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel or responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Other Policy
• MISSED FLIGHT POLICY: Mountain High Shuttle and Charter will not be responsible for delays causing missed flights that are the result of inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, or any other conditions outside of its control. During Holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times in the mountains. Availability may be limited for last minute changes. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and/or purchase travel insurance to cover potential for missed flights and resulting expenses. • Travelers please be ready 10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. This is especially important on snowy mornings where travel may be delayed. • Pets are not permitted with the exception of service dogs. • In the event of a flight delay, shuttle will wait for a maximum of 1 hour for pre-booked arrivals on the delayed flight. Drivers will not wait for delayed luggage. Luggage Allowance: Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on. All skis, and snowboards must be properly packaged for transport. Please inform us before hand of any over-sized luggage (or special luggage such as musical instruments). Surcharges may apply for oversize luggage.
