Check In

All Reservations - Check-in at Fernie Slopeside Lodge. Front Desk is open from 10:00am until 8:00pm. If you will be arriving outside of these hours please call front desk in advance on (250) 423 2423 to arrange check in. For after hours call (250) 423-9086 for assistance. Our Guaranteed Check In time is 5:00pm, while we do our best to accommodate requests for an early check this is dependent on availability of the day of arrival. Check out anytime before 10:00am. Cancellation Policies Refundable Rates: There is no charge if cancelled or modified more than 7 days (14 days in the Winter Holiday Periods) prior to the date of arrival, no fees will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no show, the total stay will be charged. Refundable Rates Holiday: Stay Dates during December 20th 2024 - Jan 4th 2025 and February 13th 2025 - February 20th 2025. If cancelled or modified less than 14 days before arrival, or in case of no show, the total stay will be charged. Non-Refundable Rates: The total amount is due now and if cancelled or modified at any time, no refunds will be given. Your credit card will be pre authorized for the entire owing balance plus an additional amount to cover incidentals upon arrival. If you are bringing a pet and require a pet friendly room please let us know in advance. Please note that there is a $35 pet charge. Pets Policy

We do have limited pet friendly rooms available. If you are bringing a pet and require a pet friendly room please let us know at time of booking or in advance of arrival. Please note that there is a one time $35 pet fee if you wish to have your pet stay with us. If pets are found to have stayed in the room without permission we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

Written Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify an agent at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies immediately. CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 30 days or more prior to departure: $15 + GST per adult on file and insurance premium (if applicable). Within 30 days of departure: Full amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. Booking fee ($6 +GST) is non-refundable. RCR is a booking agent only and therefore is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property while using any of these products and services. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, and/or government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.

Written Deposit Policy

For reservations made more than 45 days prior to departure, a deposit of 30% of land arrangements, and applicable travel insurance premium is required at time of booking. Balance owing is due 45 days prior to departure. For reservations made 45 days or less prior to travel date, full payment including travel insurance premium is due at time of booking. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Your use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation.
