Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify an agent at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies immediately. CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 30 days or more prior to departure: $15 + GST per adult on file, and insurance premium. Within 30 days of departure: Full amount paid is non refundable and non transferable. RCR is a booking agent only and therefore is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property while using any of these products and services. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Written Deposit Policy
For reservations made more than 45 days prior to departure, a deposit of 30% of land arrangements, and applicable travel insurance premium is required at time of booking. Balance owing is due 45 days prior to departure. For reservations made 45 days or less prior to travel date, full payment including travel insurance premium is due at time of booking. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Your use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel or responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Check In
Check in is at 4:00 pm or later. No early check-ins, due to limited time between guests. Guests will receive access information and a map showing the unit's location two days before arrival.
Check Out
10:00 AM - We cannot allow late check out to the time limitations between guests.
Children
Maximum occupancy of the unit includes children. All children not sleeping in playpens must sleep in a bed. Fire regulations require that no one sleeps on the floor of any units.
Other Policy
No scheduled housekeeping service. Housekeeping can be arranged by special request for an additional charge (sufficient notice required). RENTAL AGE RESTRICTION: The credit card holder, the individual signing the reservation agreement, and the individual making the reservation must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed. Only dogs are allowed at Black Bear Chalet, First Tracks Chalet and Stone Creek Chalet Unit #2.
