Trickle Creek Lodge is located at the Kimberley Alpine Resort in Kimberley British Columbia. We offer 80 ski-in, ski-out hotel units in a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom condo style suite. In addition to being a stone's throw away from the beautiful Trickle Creek Golf Resort we also offer a year round outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs as well as an onsite fitness facility, Slopeside Market, underground parking (6'3 Clearance) and the Buckhorn & Main Mountain Eatery (Seasonal). For meetings, banquets and special events, The Trickle Creek Lodge meeting rooms can accommodate groups up to 100 guests. The front desk at the Trickle Creek Lodge operates from 8am-10pm daily. If you will be arriving after hours you will need to contact security by pushing the call button located by the front doors of the main entrance. For guests of Trickle Creek Lodge with pre-booked lift tickets: lift tickets will be delivered to the Lodge and available at check-in. (Note - for those guests booking lift tickets within one week of arrival, tickets should be picked up at the Ticket Office).

Other Policy
A valid credit card imprint is required at check to run a pre-authorization on for incidental charges (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Ski storage located on main floor of the hotel. Playpens/Cots are available with no charge. Internet in all rooms no charge. Minimum night stays may apply. For guests of Trickle Creek Lodge with pre-booked lift tickets: lift tickets will be delivered to the Lodge and available at check-in. (Note - for those guests booking lift tickets within one week of arrival, tickets should be picked up at the Ticket Office).
Pets Policy
Domestic pets are permitted for a fee of $40 for the first night and $10.00 each additional night to a maximum $70.00 plus taxes and is non-refundable.
Written Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify an agent at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies immediately. CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 30 days or more prior to departure: $15 + GST per adult on file, and insurance premium. Within 30 days of departure: Full amount paid is non refundable and non transferable. RCR is a booking agent only and therefore is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property while using any of these products and services. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Written Deposit Policy
For reservations made more than 45 days prior to departure, a deposit of 30% of land arrangements, and applicable travel insurance premium is required at time of booking. Balance owing is due 45 days prior to departure. For reservations made 45 days or less prior to travel date, full payment including travel insurance premium is due at time of booking. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Your use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel or responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action.
