The Polaris Lodge has 12 ski-in, ski-out suites located at Kimberley Alpine Ski Resort. Sit back and watch the vibrant village life while enjoying the view on the balcony of your spacious condo. Located right in the centre of the Kimberley Alpine Resort Village, just a step away from the Northstar high speed quad lift. Polaris Lodge is also home to the Stemwinder's Pub, open during the winter season. Access to underground parking, fitness centre, swimming pool and other amenities located just next door at Trickle Creek Lodge. The check-in and check-out front desk for the Polaris Lodge is located at the Trickle Creek Lodge and operates from 8am-10pm daily. If you arrive after hours you will need to contact security by pushing the call button located by the front doors of the main entrance at Trickle Creek Lodge. For guests of Polaris Lodge with pre-booked lift tickets: lift tickets will be delivered and available for pick up at check-in. (Note- for those guests booking lift tickets within one week of arrival, tickets should be picked up at the Ticket Office). Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify an agent at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies immediately. CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 30 days or more prior to departure: $15 + GST per adult on file and insurance premium (if applicable). Within 30 days of departure: Full amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. Booking fee ($6 +GST) is non-refundable. RCR is a booking agent only and therefore is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property while using any of these products and services. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, and/or government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Written Deposit Policy
For reservations made more than 45 days prior to departure, a deposit of 30% of land arrangements, and applicable travel insurance premium is required at time of booking. Balance owing is due 45 days prior to departure. For reservations made 45 days or less prior to travel date, full payment including travel insurance premium is due at time of booking. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Your use of a credit card number to apply deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation. Responsibility: Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel or responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. Other Policy
A valid credit card imprint is required at check in to run a pre-authorization on for incidental charges (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Guests staying at Polaris Lodge have access to facilities next door at Trickle Creek Lodge, including: fitness centre, swimming pool, and hot tub. The Stemwinder Bar and Grill is open in the Polaris Lodge during the winter season. Minimum night stays may apply. For guests of Polaris Lodge with pre-booked lift tickets: lift tickets will be delivered and available at check-in. (Note - for those guests booking lift tickets within one week of arrival, tickets should be picked up at the Ticket Office).
