Written Cancellation Policy
For reservations cancelled before 30 days before your arrival date, the deposit is the penalty. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than 30 days before your arrival date.
Written Deposit Policy
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of the total amount deposit .The outstanding balance is payable at least 30 days before your arrival date. We need the 3 digits on the back of your credit card that you can write it as a note. Those amount are not refundable. $500 as a security deposit will be refunded few days after your stay.

Other Policy
Upon your arrival, we will require a $500 security deposit . No excessive noise will not be tolerated at all time. No smoking in the chalet. Spa must be close from 22h00 pm and 9h00 am. You must advise the owner if there are some damage in the chalet. The chalet must be left in same conditions as at check-in. Before leaving you must verify if: The chalet is clean. The BBQ is clean. All the windows are closed and doors locked. Dishes must be clean in the dishwasher. Never leave the fireplace in fonction without surveillance and respect the operating conditions. The site must be clean at all time. Garbage must be taken out.
