Kimberley Lodging Company (KLC) is locally owned and located in Kimberley, located in the heart of the East Kootenays in Southeast British Columbia. We are the largest property management company in Kimberley, managing over 160 condominium units among ten different complexes. All properties are a short distance away from the hiking, biking and cross country ski trails of the 1800 acre Kimberley Nature Park, and the downhill skiing & snowboarding runs at Kimberley Alpine Resort. There are four regional golf courses located within close driving distance to all properties.

General Policy
Deposit and Cancellation Policy A Visa, Master Card, or cash/cheque deposit is required to confirm booking. For all other reservations, full payment, non refundable is due 30 days prior to arrival. A $50 cancellation fee may apply to cancellations. Travel Cancellation Insurance can be found at the following webpage: BCAA Trip Cancellation Insurance Peak Season Dates: All dates are inclusive: December 19, 2024 - January 3rd, 2025 February 13th - 22, 2025 July 17,18,19, 2025
Written Cancellation Policy
A Visa, MasterCard or e-transfer deposit in the amount of 1 night including taxes is required to confirm booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.

Check In
Check-in is at 4pm. If you have booked at our Rocky Mountain or Purcell condos your arrival/check-in package will be waiting for you in the lock box at 400 Stemwinder Drive (Mountain Spirit Resort), enter the first set of doors and the lock box is on the left hand side, the code is 24680B. If you have booked any other property with KLC (Copper Springs, InnWest, Kimberley Ridge, Northstar, Sullivan Stone, Stemwinder or Timberstone) you will receive your arrival/check-in information on or before your day of arrival. It will be a text message to the cell phone you have provided at the time of booking. Please contact the office with this information to ensure a smooth check-in.

Playpens are available (no charge) there is no scheduled housekeeping in these self-contained units; if you require anything please call our office.
